Conrad Gallagher is a world-renowned Michelin Star chef with vast experience in the creation of culinary magic. From the age of 12, Conrad has won countless accolades, and has worked in some of the world's top hotels and restaurants in New York, including The Waldorf=Astoria, The Plaza Hotel, Le Cirque and The Edwardian Room as well as Alain Ducasse's Louis XV at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo. Conrad has also owned and operated his own restaurants such as Peacock Alley, Lloyds Brasserie, Christopher’s Brasserie, Mango Toast in Dublin and Conrad Gallagher Shaftesbury Avenue in London.

Conrad has expressed his culinary flair at high profile dinners such as the St Patrick's Day dinner at the White House and the MTV Awards ceremonies in Frankfurt and Dublin. He boasts a celebrity client list, including Bono, Ronan Keating, Bill Clinton, Madonna, R.E.M, Mick Jagger, The Corrs, Michael Flatley, Kylie Minogue, Gwen Stefani, Ben Stiller, Colin Farrell, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Elton John, Sarah Brightman, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Adam Sandler, Pamela Anderson, Enya and many more.
