After great demand Conrad Gallagher Catering was created in 1992 and has been in operation now for 11 years. Conrad Gallagher Catering offers more than just gourmet cuisine; we manage all aspects of your event. Whether a garden barbeque, wedding or birthday party, record or product launch, we orchestrate everything from marquees to yachts, table arrangements to entertainment, waiters and hostesses, and can offer complete conceptualisation of your event. 

 

From St Patrick's Dinner at the White House (1994-1996) to the MTV Europe Music Awards in Dublin and Frankfurt (1999, 2000), to Pierce Brosnan's pre-wedding party, Conrad Gallagher Catering is proud to boast a customer list including such high profiles as Bill Clinton, Bono from U2, Mariah Carey, Demi Moore, Kurt Russell and many more.
