Conrad owns Off the Menu Food Emporium & Deli, a restaurant and wine bar with specialty grocer and luxury delicatessen, with branches in Port Elizabeth and the coastal resort of St Francis Bay. Both stores offer home deliveries, bespoke catering and events services.

Alongside Off the Menu in Port Elizabeth is The Chef’s Playground, a cooking studio offering chef-led cooking classes, demonstrations and private events.

Geisha Wok & Noodle Bar

Founded in 2007 in Cape Town, Geisha Wok & Noodle Bar is an Asian-inspired communal dining concept by Conrad Gallagher. The menu showcases Asian tapas, dim sum, sushi, sashimi, and signature wok and noodle dishes, paired with boutique Cape wines and Asian-influenced cocktails. The reimagined Geisha will reopen in St Francis Bay this October in its new location.
