In an elegant loft above OTM St Francis Bay, Bistro vin de Boeuf is an upmarket French-style bistro specialising in premium steaks and fine wines.
Conrad owns Off the Menu Food Emporium & Deli, a restaurant and wine bar with specialty grocer and luxury delicatessen, with branches in Port Elizabeth and the coastal resort of St Francis Bay. Both stores offer home deliveries, bespoke catering and events services.
Alongside Off the Menu in Port Elizabeth is The Chef’s Playground, a cooking studio offering chef-led cooking classes, demonstrations and private events.
A gourmet burger container concept, your burger your way, a concept where burger lovers can build and design their own burger, choose your bun, meat, cheese, topping and special sauce, name your burger and the combination will be stored under your name for your next visit, specialising in gourmet burgers loaded fries and milkshakes.
